Information you choose to share

Our contact, analysis and order forms collect your name, email, business and any phone number, website, message or campaign preferences you provide. An analysis request can also include your industry, region, business history and goals. Order requests include the selected service, package and billing preference. Please leave out passwords, payment-card numbers and sensitive client information.

Where a request goes

We use your details to assess and answer the request. Brevo processes notification emails, receipts and our contact-list backup. We also save an inquiry record in a private Supabase database so a failed email can be followed up. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse and processes browser and network signals, including the IP address used for verification. Hosting is provided by Vercel. These service providers process information for those functions; submitting a form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Retention and requests

Our retention policy for private inquiry records is 24 months. Automated deletion scheduling is still being completed, so we do not promise that every copy is deleted exactly on that date. Email correspondence and contact-list copies are managed separately and may remain while we handle your inquiry or an ongoing service relationship. Email us to request access, correction or deletion of your details.

Browser settings

The assistant keeps its on-page conversation in browser memory; opening it does not send a lead. Form details are sent only when you submit. Essential hosting and spam protection operate regardless of a Do Not Track signal. We do not currently load an analytics container or use a Do Not Track setting to change those essential functions.
